We listened to our members, who wanted more flexible training options, so we have moved to a combination of:
- modules consisting of short online videos and short quizzes, grouped into units
- live Zoom sessions to discuss how to apply the material from each unit
- on-field training sessions
The live Zoom sessions are scheduled when several people have completed a unit; we then find a time that works for those people and an instructor. These dates and times are then communicated to everyone involved in that level of training via email. Because of that, there is no longer a list of dates and times for training put out before the training cycle begins.
